The focus of my PhD was on the phase diagram of the electron-hole gas as determined by Quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) simulations. A copy of my thesis can be downloaded here or viewed online soon. I also developed a new method for solving the Schrödinger equation. This is work in progress and is not included in my thesis.
