Prizes, Awards & Memberships Professional Memberships General Representative of the Securities and Futures Association. Member of the British Computer Society. Student Member of the Institute of Physics. Prizes and Awards Global Finance's 1995 "Derivative Superstar", for US dollar swap trading. The selection being based on "The result of interviews with executive recruiters, peers, competitors, clients and the superstars themselves..." 1999 University of London prize for Mathematics. This is the "Sir John Lubbock" prize awarded to the top graduating mathematician amongst all the London Colleges. University College London Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences 1999 Medal. The medal citation concluded " In a year with several strong candidates he is one of the very best students the faculty has graduated in the last 20 years." Which I trust reflects well on me, rather than less well on UCL. Worlds Best Dad Award, from my daughter Elizabeth, on Father's Day in 2005 as she felt I had not won any awards recently.
