Now I am a PhD student in the Theory of Condensed Matter Group at the Cavendish Laboratory, supervised by Professor Littlewood

1995-1999 University & Birkbeck Colleges, University of London.
MSci in Mathematics and Physics. Part time study at Birkbeck, 1995-7, then full time at University College, 1997-9. Class representative on staff student committee, committee member of Birkbeck Physics Society. I was nominated for both the London University Mathematics Prize (which I won) and the London University Physics Prize (which I did not).

1978-1981 Emmanuel College, Cambridge University.
MA in Mathematics & Computer Science, BA awarded in 1981. I was Editor of the college magazine, which was great fun. However as there was no match against Oxford we were never to receive our blues.
