This keyword controls whether or not best fit extrapolation parameters will be calculated after each molecular dynamics step.
If MD_EXTRAP_FIT = TRUE, best fit extrapolation parameters will be calculated after each molecular dynamics step. Otherwise, fixed extrapolation parameters will be used.
