The Cell module defines the data associated with a unit cell and stores the current cell which is to be modelled. Subroutines are provided to read cells, convert between different representations of the cell, evaluate and apply any symmetries in the cell and constraints on changes to the cell.
This chapter also defines the format of the cell definition file.
